Shay SalamonExecutive Director for Latin American Affairs, Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM)
Shay Salamon is an international leader with extensive experience in government relations, international cooperation, crisis management, and humanitarian aid. As Executive Director for Latin American Affairs at the Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM), he leads the organization's strategy and institutional partnerships throughout Latin America.
Prior to joining CAM, Shay represented key national institutions of the State of Israel across Latin America, serving as an emissary for both the Jewish Agency and Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael–Jewish National Fund (KKL-JNF). He also dedicated nearly two decades to emergency medicine, serving in both clinical and educational roles while participating in international rescue and humanitarian missions. His leadership in humanitarian projects across Central America earned him recognition as a Peace Ambassador of Guatemala.
In addition to his nonprofit and humanitarian work, Shay has served as CEO and Vice President of international medical technology companies. He completed his military service with honors and served for more than a decade as a reservist in the Medical Corps of the Israel Defense Forces.
Shay is a certified EMT-Paramedic (EMT-P), holds a bachelor's degree in Health Systems Management, and earned an MBA from leading academic institutions in Israel. He is a respected voice on Israel-Latin America relations, humanitarian leadership, and the global fight against antisemitism.
