NAHPA LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

Developing a generation of Hispanic Christian leaders to serve and strengthen their communities.

NAHPA Leadership Institute

The NAHPA Leadership Institute is a dynamic 12-week program designed to empower young Hispanic undergraduate and graduate students across the United States to become leaders in their respective fields while edifying and emboldening their faith.

The NAHPA Leadership Institute cultivates emerging leaders through comprehensive coursework, a cumulative final project, and a trip to Washington D.C.

Registration is OPEN

The NAHPA Leadership Institute (NLI) is now accepting applications for its next cohort. This selective hybrid program is designed for young Hispanic Christian leaders ages 20–35 who are actively serving in their churches and communities and feel called to lead with faith, integrity, and influence.

Through online classes, mentorship, and a culminating in-person experience in Washington, D.C., participants will gain practical leadership tools, biblical grounding, and firsthand exposure to leadership in the public square. NLI is intentionally limited to a small cohort (12–15 students) to ensure meaningful mentorship, accountability, and personal development.

If you are a bilingual, college-level leader committed to growing in your calling and making an impact in the Church and society, we invite you to apply today.
