Developing a generation of Hispanic Christian leaders to serve and strengthen their communities.

NAHPA Leadership Program

The NAHPA Leadership Program is a dynamic 12-week program designed to empower young Hispanic undergraduate and graduate students across the United States to become leaders in their respective fields.

The NAHPA Leadership Program cultivates emerging leaders through comprehensive coursework, a cumulative final project, and a trip to Washington D.C.

COURSES

Our innovative curriculum is structured into two distinct sessions. The first session consists of 12 online classes on key areas:

  • biblical worldview

  • public policy

  • transformational leadership

  • project development

The second session of the program is a week in Washington D.C. to provide an immersive, hands-on experience. Students receive in-person training from top D.C. organizations and an opportunity to present final projects in-person.
