Gerardo Laboy

Pastor Gerardo A. Laboy is a dedicated Christian leader committed to spiritual growth, leadership development, and raising a new generation of men and women with purpose. With a deep passion for serving God and his community, he has devoted his life to pastoral ministry, teaching, and strengthening the Church.

Before fully entering ministry, Pastor Laboy served 22 years in the military, specializing in logistics and leadership development. During this time, he gained extensive experience in strategic planning, resource management, and building high-performance teams—skills that continue to shape his leadership both within and beyond the Church.

He currently serves as Director of Faith-Based Initiatives for the city of Maunabo, Puerto Rico, where he works to integrate community and faith-based efforts for social impact. In addition, he is the Chief Operations Officer of the National Hispanic Pastors Alliance (NAHPA), where he plays a key role in planning, executing, and overseeing strategic initiatives that strengthen pastoral leadership and community influence nationally and internationally.

Academically, Pastor Laboy holds degrees in Pastoral Counseling and Theology, Electronic Media and Cinematography, and Computer Science, allowing him to effectively integrate theology, technology, and communication in his leadership and ministry.

He is widely recognized for his ability to communicate biblical principles in a clear, relevant, and transformative way, impacting both leaders and congregations. His ministry emphasizes integrity, character, excellence, and social responsibility—bridging faith with action.
