Preparing a new generation of Hispanic Christian leaders is a key responsibility in strengthening our churches and our society. Our purpose is to provide comprehensive training, resources, and practical tools that help develop, educate, train, and equip visionary leaders who are prepared to serve with excellence both within their churches and in society.

Leading a church is one of the most important jobs in our communities and one of the most challenging, especially after the pandemic. Pastors are not only concerned with the well-being of their church but also are the spiritual, physical, and emotional leaders in their communities.

Family Affordabilty
This report highlights the financial and social challenges families—especially Hispanic families—face when raising children in the U.S. It proposes practical solutions like paid leave, monthly family benefits, better childcare access, and stronger community support to make family life more affordable and connected.
The American Dream Immigration Reform Proposal
The American Dream Immigration Proposal, developed by NAHPA in collaboration with national leaders and rooted in the Dignity Act, offers a comprehensive and faith-based solution to U.S. immigration reform. It addresses border security, employment verification, and asylum reform, while also creating fair and structured pathways to legalization for Dreamers, TPS holders, and long-term undocumented immigrants.
