"HUMAN LIVES NEED TO BE PROTECTED"

NAHPA believes that all human lives are created after the image of God (Genesis 1) and that every human life is a gift of God to the world, and it needs to be protected and respected.

Human life should be protected from the moment of conception, meaning that life starts in the mother’s womb as specified on Psalms 139: 13-16 (“For you created my inmost being: you knit me together in my mother’s womb.

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful; I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.16 Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be”) until the moment in which ceases to exist.

Human lives need to be protected, specially the most vulnerable and the ones that cannot speak for themselves and that every person deserves equal opportunities to experience the plan that God has for their life (Jeremiah 29:11).
